Alla graduated from Tashkent State Conservatory in Uzbekistan with a Master of Music in Choral Conductivity.
She was the musical director of the Musical Cultural Art Center in Tashkent where she received multiple recognitions for her excellent musical & drama repertoire. She also has extensive experience working with young children. She moved to Atlanta, GA in 1998 where she has been with North Fulton School of Music for over 19 years.
She’s been teaching piano and voice lessons all her life and have recently moved to the Connecticut area and willing to share her, over 25 years’ experience of teaching piano and voice lessons with students of all ages. Her background is in classical music but she has trained in other styles as well.
One of the main focus for her is to prepare students for ABRSM exams for both theory and practical piano/voice.

The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) is the most popular music examination organization in the world. Each year, over 500,000 people worldwide take Associated Board Exams.
Many musicians feel this is the most complete program offered in the world. It covers the following: Performance, Theory, Ear Training, Scales & Arpeggios, and sight-reading.
Alla was constantly encouraged and guided students for Practical Assessments program. Students registered for the event, prepared two pieces to perform in front of Music School judges, and received scores on the performances. Alla helped the students to grow as musicians and gain experience performing in front of the judges.
Through many years, her students have been participating in National Federation of Music Clubs (NFMC) Annual Festivals, where students memorized pieces to be performed in front of a judge and received certificates for superior scores. Some of her students have earned NFMC awards Superior Trophy Cups (for students who earn three consecutive superior ratings).
For 2019 year, Alla Bychkovaya has been nominated as a Teacher of the Year of North Fulton School of Music.
