We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team, specializing in woodwind and brasswind instruments. Whether it's routine maintenance or intricate restorations, your expertise will help musicians get back to playing at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair woodwind and brasswind instruments (flutes, clarinets, saxophones, trumpets, trombones, etc.)

• Perform general maintenance (cleaning, adjustments, lubrication) and more advanced repairs (re-padding, dent removal, soldering, re-corking, valve alignment, etc.)

• Provide repair estimates and communicate clearly with customers

• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace with attention to cleanliness and safety

• Track repairs, parts used, and customer notes using our internal system

• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and turnaround times

• Stay current on best practices and techniques in instrument repair

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in woodwind and/or brasswind instrument repair (formal training or apprenticeship preferred)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

• Clear communication skills with a customer-first mindset

• Passion for music and respect for instruments of all levels and conditions

• [Optional: Certification from NAPBIRT or similar is a plus]
