Reopening Info

Per the Governor's reopening guidelines and concern for public health, we have put safety guidelines in place that we will follow to ensure your health and the health of our faculty and staff:

  • We require that ALL students, faculty, staff, and shoppers wear masks while in the store. The only exception are wind players DURING a lesson, i.e saxophone, trumpet, trombone, flute, clarinet, etc.

  • If you do not feel well, please do not come in for your lesson. The same applies to faculty.

  • We will take temperatures of our faculty and staff when they enter the building.

  • Our staff will sanitize high touch surfaces after each lesson and/or every half hour.

  • We have hand sanitizer at the front counter and in every studio.

  • We have installed plexi-glass partitions in each studio and at the front counter.

  • Please respect the 6-foot social distancing markers on the floor.

  • If you are shopping in our store, please ask a staff member for assistance before handling any merchandise or instruments.

  • Our restroom will not be open to the public.

  • We will only allow 2 people at a time in our waiting room.

  • Lessons will be staggered to allow for social distancing.

  • Curbside pick up will still be available.

  • Our teachers will still offer LESSONS VIA ZOOM if you feel uncomfortable.

  • Instrument rentals and repairs will be by appointment only.

We also plan to start our group classes during the week of June 15th. If you are registered for Group Guitar or Rock Zone we will contact you directly to discuss further details.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns please call us at 860-342-2270 or email us at info@connvalley.net

Thank you again for your patience and continued support. We look forward to seeing you June 1!
