Missed Lessons

Each semester is constructed so that there are two nine (9) week sessions . At the end of each 9 week session there is one week scheduled for makeups. Only one (1) makeup is allowed in each 9 week session. Makeup times will be assigned on first come first serve basis at the availability of the instructor. Lessons may not be carried over into the next session. Lessons missed by the instructor or by the school being closed for inclement weather will be made up at the convenience of the instructor; this also applies during makeup week. Music lessons are a commitment by the student and the parent.

Changing Lessons Times and Days

Because of the teacher availibility and room availibility, students who wish to change the day of their lesson or time must fill out this student change form at the bottom of the registration form. The change must be approved by the teacher as well as the registrar before the change is made.

Terminating Lessons

Lessons should be a commitment for the semester however if you must terminate lessons mid-semester, a minimum of 14 days notice is required. This notice must be given in writing by filling out the student change form at the bottom of the registration form.
